WHAT USERS REALLY WANT FROM VIDEO IN DATING SERVICES?

Our focus groups have told us that video is definitely a more natural way to convey or assess personality allowing users to do a better job of selecting potential dates.

But unstructured videos have the distinct disadvantage of being rambling and not necessarily in line with what our focus group users tell us they really want to know.

Video using Questions and Answers (structured), where the questions are selected from the most personality revealing set of possible questions and where each question is timed, results in a far superior user experience and seems to be a faster way to identify high potential dates.
Here are some requests voiced during our research;
1- The system has to be based on easy to use and operate equipment which is commonly available.
2- How clear is the video?
3- The video should be made in such a way as to not allow someone to just talk forever
4- Can you create something that protects my safety?
5- Having a short introductory question set is a good first impression, but what about getting more?

In the interest of concise postings, these are the major requests we received during our focus groups and detailed interviews. Have you heard of any other major issues your customers would like in videos?
