NEWS.COM.AU -- Apr 2 -- Evan Diacopolous is behind Yes I Am Single, a service which allows the lovelorn to purchase a “singles identification badge” to let potential partners know they're available and looking for love. The badge says yis.com.au ('Hey I’m single). For a cost of $22.95 singles get the badge plus access to online forums to join hobby groups and organise social events such as wine tasting or walking groups with other yis.com.au members.
Mark Brooks: What a terrible idea! Singelringen does the same thing in a non-cheesy manner. Actually, its a pretty classy ring. I'd wear the ring, but I wouldn't wear the losers badge. I'll be wearing this ring as of April 25th however and Irena and Sasha will make an honest man of me.
