Hi, I am the owner of a mid-sized community website in Asia.

I want to transform my site into a friends-and-dating-focused one like playtxt.com or dodgeball.com, but with premium (reverse-charge) SMS. I already have identified an SMS gateway company with billing arrangements in place with mobile operators in my target market.

I need a software platform which will be the 'dating engine' which will interface with the gateway. It needs to be language-customizable for my target market, incorporate an existing database of users, and also integrate with my current site.

There is only one company that I know who sells a complete mobile package that is installed on your servers, it has 14 seperate applications so you can do almost anything with it via mobile. It is easy to integrate as well and also does your mobile billing. www.3bill.com for some more details.
