I have a growing web-site and want to employ some freelance editors to beef up my site with some good content. I am new to this and have never employed anyone before. So sorry for the stupid question, but how do I go about doing this? Can I take students for example? And how much should I pay them per article (I don't want to pay them per hour)?

I think the best way is to find a good freelancer is to get acquinted with her/him thruogh her/his work. Ask for the works. There are a lot of freelance exchanges at the Internet. Just ask Google.)
