Looking for a technical founding partner for a mobile social networking startup to be launched in Asia. Needs someone who will roll up his sleeves to code, integrate and develop new featuress. He will be the key architect of the platform. Scalability, response time and reliability will be critical.

He should have thorough understanding and hands on experience in mobile/video apps with different mobile OS, AJAX, PHP, MySQL, J2EE/J2ME, SMS/MMS and Voice gateways.

Understanding of the various Asian mobile markets would be a great plus.
Speaking Cantonese and Mandarin would also be great plus but not absolutely required.
