Hello Everyone,

I am new to the site so if this has been discussed in the past, I apologize. I am curious to know how are sites such as perfectmatch, eharmony, and those others that offer a personality or compatibility testing are addressing the legal ramification of disclosing someone's "Psychological" or Personality profile? What are the risks associated with having such tests on a website, if any? Does a simple disclosure indemnify the company behind the site?

Somewhat related matter, some sites give access to their "spokesperson" who happens to be a psychologist and they give advice to members. What are the legal risks and how is it being addressed?

I would appreciate any response to this matter.

Eman
