I stumbled upon these guys. They are a new start up.
http://www.datingpixels.com
The business model is based on buying a 100 x 100 pixel position for a gif/jpg of your picture to be on the main page of the site.
Their prices are $5 per month for the main page, and $1 per month on a particular city.
Like I said, interesting business model....wish them luck and lets see the effectiveness of such a model.
