We provide entertainment services via the telephone using proprietary software that we’ve designed and developed over the past 15 years. Currently we operate two services that we market directly to consumers. Psychic Source (http://www.psychicsource.com) provides authentic, live psychic readings. 1800-Gay-Live (http://www.1800gaylive.com) is a hook-up service for gay men. Yes, that’s right. This is an executive position at a psychic-gay-dating company. Please check out our services. It’s important that our new CMO be completely comfortable with – even passionate about - what we do.

Now for the job itself - we need a rainmaker. Our new CMO must be a strong strategic thinker, innovator and relationship-builder who is well-anchored to the realities of implementation. There is so much more we can do with our service delivery and technology platform; there are people to meet, new niche markets to identify and evaluate, and alliances to be negotiated that will bring us new customers and new opportunities. We joke that we suffer from TINSOGI (There is No Shortage of Good Ideas). The challenge is in the choices we must make over the next few years. Which ideas are worthy of pursuit? Which are feasible to execute based on the realities of our resources? These are the questions our new CMO will help to answer.

The person who is lucky enough to land this job will need to be a strong collaborator.
