Most dating software in the market are open source. Ours is. Open source makes integration alot easier than something encoded with something like Zend encoder.
Any new template needs to be properly integrated. Nomatter how you do it, the code needs to be altered. I haven't seen any plug-in templates that can match a site and can be added fast. (Fast to me is within 1-2 hours).

How does it work? Do Dating Software companies partner with other companies out there that make templates? Or after you buy the software, the customer is on his own for all graphics customization?
It seems to me a template company where I can mix and match would be fast and easy for those less technical with graphic design.

Hi,
Most dating software comes with free template and if you want, you can choose the template you like. If you want to customize the template, you may have to find a designer. Some providers do sell template alone. But normally these templates are very simple and standard so it's easier to integrate. You can see more examples here
